Michael Dowse was slated to return to direct but it was Baruchel who directed the film, making it his directorial debut. We can all phone home together. Goon is a comedy, often a very funny one, shakib khan video song but you might be hesitant to call it that once you've actually seen it. Goon is a crude slapstick comedy with well-formed characters and a surprising amount of heart.

In the final seconds, Doug blocks a slapshot with his face and his ankle is injured in the ensuing scramble. Without Doug, the Highlanders go on a long losing streak, prompting the owner to push for changes. As the game enters the third period with the game tied, Ross and Anders are involved in a scuffle, and Anders cheap shots Ross, checking him from behind into the boards.

While Ross helps the Highlanders to win the first of their last two games, Eva goes into labor, and Doug reconciles with her as they head to the hospital. Before Doug's first game back, Eva makes Doug promise that he won't fight, concerned for him now that they're about to be parents.

Ross agrees to train him, and Doug slowly begins to learn how to fight left-handed. Sadly writer-director Baruchel's debut is a poorly written, misguidedly directed and a boring redemption sequel that bombards its top player with bad ideas, and yet another stinky cameo.

It doesn't matter if the movie is about baseball, basketball, football or hockey. The movie is harsh, nasty and vulgar like you wouldn't believe. As far as movie making goes, it has all the right stuff.

Dealing with rehab, Doug decides to retire and accept a more stable job as an insurance salesman. Meanwhile, the Highlanders must win the last two games of the season to sneak into the playoffs.

The Highlanders team colors and name, however, are similar to those of the New York Islanders. His character fights both Glatt and Rhea over the course of the film. During the game's afterparty, Anders provokes Doug into a fight, and when Eva sees that Doug has been fighting again, she kicks him out of the house. Just read the prompter, man.

Having been kicked off the team, Anders rejoins his old team, as they will play the Highlanders in the last game of the season with a playoff spot on the line. Sidelined after one too many hits and now married with a baby on the way, Doug is hanging up his skates and settling into life as an insurance salesman.
